1. General Provisions

Each individual may create only one account on 499ap. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or from the same household device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. It is mandatory that all personal details — including name, address, date of birth, and contact information — are correct. Providing false information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to 499ap support immediately. Third-party access and account sharing are strictly prohibited.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 499ap platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
Deposit transactions are generally reflected in your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Slots & Casino Games
Slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games from various providers are available on the 499ap platform. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. If a bet is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a technical issue, 499ap will take the appropriate action.
6.3 Prohibited Activities

11. Account Closure
11.1 Closure by User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact support. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
11.2 Closure by 499ap
499ap may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Providing false information.
- Violation of the age requirement.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
The balance of an account closed due to a rule violation may be forfeited. The valid balance of an account closed for other reasons will be returned.
